We have worked the regular 9-5 job. We have spent a lot of years being on someone else's schedule. We have faced the difficulty of having to choose between going to work and needing to be available for the more important things in life that are often missed because we couldn't find someone to switch shifts with. Every family needs to be taken care of, not only financially, but also in areas of life that are relational, physical, spiritual, etc.

 

So along the way, our intention through this experience, is that instead of sacrificing the priorities that are often missed, we would provide a way for people to be able to:
