Customer Service Professional
Customer Service Professionals [CSP] that support this program will be providing support to customers via telephone. The clients are well-known companies that need contractors like you to assist their customers with inquiries, ordering, booking, billing and more.
As a CSP you will provide the following tasks:

Interact with business customers via telephone.

Research, analyze and determine an appropriate course of actions in a variety of situations for customers.

Provide quality customer service while demonstrating the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve inquires.

Provide caring and empathetic customer interactions that positively represent the brand.

Use analytical and organizational skills to solve complex customer issues though troubleshooting.
